Returns and refunds

All sales are final.

• I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order pieces.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I’ll work with you to repair or replace it if applicable.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (if a return is approved).

• Grapple Iron Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
